My expert analysis from watching zero minutes of the game and following on my phone: Tyreek Duren is healthy. That late game ISO with about 4-5 mins to go.. That poor center who was left to guard him in the switch... You honestly felt bad for him before anything happened... Duren perimeter shot maybe wasn't falling but his perimeter shot was really never a staple.. But I think Duren is back because his confidence definitely is.. He is attacking! He was 4-8 from deep. I would take that.

I agree-no stall ball. But, a little slower pace seems to be better for us than a little faster.Whether slows or fast, limit turnovers and get, and hit goo9d shots. Then, we win!

I prefer to think of it as "milking the clock".

I prefer to think of it as "milking the clock". I would have been more concerned if we weren't getting good shots… Iso with Duren taking on a big man is a good situation..

29 straight games we've won when up with five minutes to go.
There's merit in how we run our offense in that situation. I think 29 games is a big enough sample size to show that it works.

Pretty damn late on this question for those who watched, but how did Dominique McKoy look? Whenever we missed out on him, I think three recruiting cycles ago, I was pretty pissed just because his profile was so perfect for our team at the time.

He looked awesome. He's a lefty, which I didn't know. He swished a few mid-range jumpers. Very athletic. Doesn't try to do too much and overstep his bounds. He's a valuable player on any team. It's a shame he's bouncing around and not contributing to a winning program.

Call me crazy but I think McKoy swishing a couple mid range jumpers means he's dropped more than any player on our team all year.
I have been noticing that the only person who will take a shot from 10-19 feet is our center (unfortunately unsuccessfully in the last game). I was also looking for a heat map or some stat that would help me but can't find any info on shot selection. Am I just off or is there a reason that this isn't part of our game plan.
I love to see players taking the open jumper from 10-15 feet, it can be so effective so I wonder why we don't seem to game plan for this when we have 4 guards that can shoot.

Especially Garland who I think is a good 15 foot shot. We need a wing who can hit this shot.
