Cannot tell much from this game-Hartford is real bad.Still worried about our shooting-but if it improves, we will look much better. If that sounds simple, its because it is. Hit your shots and you win.

Did anyone hear the pregame promo introductions by the La Salle starters?
Sam Mills and DJ Peterson identified themselves as shooting guards.

I am sorry but I saw little improvement last night. We are far away from being a good team right now. What is concerning is that after a week off our offense to still is running the same lousy stuff.
The only bright spot I can see right now is I can't see us shooting any worse than we have been. It has to get better but will that be enough to elevate us substantially? Not from what I am seeing. Too many holes to fill.
I hope I am dead wrong here but I just see a very frustrating season for us.

Very strange that only 7 or 8 months later a number of players look so different on the court. Only Zack looks improved with Duren and Garland simply not looking themselves. Mills is slightly down but nothing compared to other players.

Mills is slightly down but nothing compared to other players. Giannini said exactly the same thing in his post game remarks. When asked if he was now worried about the shooting, he said that the Northern Iowa game opened his eyes with his players' confidence, but that yesterday's game was better.

This 'plantar fasciitis' excuse crap for Tyreek's woes needs to stop immediately. You think so?

This 'plantar fasciitis' excuse crap for Tyreek's woes needs to stop immediately. You think so? Was referring to Kale's rambling and excuse making in the moment, it was a bit much IMO. I'm not particularly familiar with the injury itself, so I'm not going to comment there but I'd still expect more from two-time Bob Coosey Award Candidate with a nagging injury. It shouldn't impact his leadership ability on a team that has little identity.

Missed the other thread.
